Moulton & Hardin was established in 1988 with the merger of two successful, long established, Employee Benefits Consulting Companies, Hardin & Company and Moulton & Lane. The fusion of these organizations created an Employee Benefits Consultancy unparalleled in expertise, innovation and efficiency.

Adding to our core competencies of Employee Benefits Consulting and Health Insurance Claims Management, Moulton & Hardin expanded its services to complete the total Workforce Management Process – Human Resource Solutions (HR) and Payroll Solutions, ultimately creating a complete Human Resource and Employee Life Cycle Management Solution, aptly named M&H OneSource.

The M&H One Source solution can be provided “a la carte” so you can pick and choose the best solutions that fit your need. However, most clients utilize our fully bundled ASO (Administrative Services Outsourcing) solution. While M&H One Source is simplifying and reducing the administrative aspects of your business, you will have the time to focus on what’s important to you – Your Business.
