Starting in July, we will be offering a monthly webinar to all system administrators to strengthen your knowledge of the OneSource system. We urge you to “opt-in” to these newsletter emails as they will contain information about future webinars and other exciting new initiatives that we are working on to further enhance your M&H Customer experience.
The first webinar will cover system basics such as unlocking accounts, password management, using mass editing tools and more. These 30-minute sessions will take place on Wednesday afternoons.

Heads Up: Alabama 'No Tax on Overtime' Policy Ends July 1
Alabama's temporary "No Tax on Overtime" policy will officially end July 1, 2025. Since January 2024, overtime pay for full-time hourly employees working in Alabama has been exempt from state income tax. At the beginning of July, overtime pay will once again be subject to Alabama state taxes. The system will automatically update overtime earned in Alabama to a taxable earning code, so no changes are required by employers.
