We are proud to celebrate the incredible impact mothers make - not only at home, but in the workplace as well. Mothers bring a unique blend of resilience, empathy, organization, and leadership that strengthens teams and drives success.
In fact, studies consistently show that working mothers are highly efficient, adaptable, and skilled at balancing competing priorities, which are all qualities that make them invaluable in any organization.

The Power of Moms at Work
Fun Facts
Workforce Presence
The labor force participation rate for all mothers with children under 18 was 73.9% in 2025.
Over 24 million mothers of children under 18 are currently in the U.S. labor force.
In 1975, fewer than half (47.4%) of mothers with children under 18 were in the labor force — that number has grown dramatically in 50 years.
Financial Impact
40.5% of all mothers with children under 18 are equal, primary, or sole income earners for their family.
The Double Shift
On top of averaging 35.5 hours of paid work per week and 13.2 hours of household chores, employed mothers today spend more time actively caring for their children than their mothers and grandmothers did nearly 50 years ago.
In 2022, employed mothers spent an average of 12.5 hours per week on active child care — compared to 8.6 hours per week for all mothers (working or not) in 1975.

Your overall well-being is connected to your mental health, so here are some strategies to help you thrive year-round:
We’ll be sending out a brief client satisfaction survey in the coming days to check in and see how we’re doing.
