“It saves me hours of time during open enrollment and new hire onboarding when employees make their benefits selections in M&H. Taking the paper out of it, tying it directly to payroll and getting M&H to push eligibility out to the vendors is incredibly efficient. During our most recent open enrollment, we got ALL of our enrollments in on time and the only errors were employee accidents, they either clicked the wrong option or didn’t read the instructions. For all of our employees that use it for the first time, there is a little bit of training that needs to take place. I’ll do the 15 minutes of training any day over paper because, it saves time not having to print out paper, mail a packet, or email a packet and employees printing on their own, inevitable mistakes on the forms, etc.”
